    1. Performance of a contract – for the duration of the contract and for the purpose of settlements after its termination (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

    2. Fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on us (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), such as:
      • Issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for the period required by the Accounting Act
      • responding to complaints within the time and in the form required by law,

    3. establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims, including recovery of debts arising from contracts until the expiry of the limitation period (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    4. our online store uses marketing tools such as Google Ads to optimise advertising campaigns. As part of this process, personal data such as email address or IP address may be collected and processed. These data are used solely to improve the quality of our advertising and tailor it better to your needs.

The recipients of your data may include the postal or courier company ensuring correspondence exchange, the security company providing protection for our facilities and premises, and the bank and its employees processing payments related to the contract. We also cooperate with external service providers such as Google for the purpose of conducting advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients.
